Connecticut-based indie-groove band Goose announced a pair of socially distant live concerts at South Farms in Morris, CT.
Before COVID-19 put an end to live music as we know it, Goose, a five-piece jam band from Norwalk was selling out shows across the Northeast.
Ever since they began selling out shows throughout the Northeast last winter, the Connecticut jam band seemed destined for a fast-paced life on the road.
When the coronavirus grounded concerts and festivals, rising jam band Goose wasn’t grounded long.
The future of live music is now, its hand forced impossibly early and against all odds by COVID-19 and the Coronavirus. Couch tour is now the only tour and, wherever possible, let’s do our level best to support musicians and those whose incomes are derived wholly from touring and live performances
While the wait continues for a new studio album, today the quartet unveiled their first official live album — Alive & Well.
We caught up with Peter, Rick, Trevor and Ben to talk about a bunch of topics, and as you’ll hear, they were candid and somewhat humbled by their current circumstance as being one of THE bands on the scene right now.
