Last night,. Goose and Trey Anastasio Band kicked off their joint fall tour at the Cross Insurance Arena in Portland, Maine. Goose handled the first set, sharing fan favorites and homages to their past projects Vasudo and Great Blue, and during the tail end, Trey Anastasio joined them, properly kicking off the collaboration. For the second set, the two bands collaborated further, with members of Goose joining throughout Trey Anastasio Band’s set and both bands coming together during the encore for a powerful closing, “First Tube.”
